Good visualization of data is nothing but turning raw data into a graphical representation of data that makes us understand data insights in a meaningful way. It is always vital that Visualizing data is compelling only when the requirements are appropriately met. We can assume our visualizations are right when people interpret our visualization by asking more relevant questions on the displayed information; then, we can confirm that we are on the correct path. Hence, it is always recommended that to make better decisions or interpret the visualizations, and data visualization should be in the right direction.

Good visualization should be a combination of data analysis, storytelling, and good design. Analyzing pattern and relationship are the essential things which data visualization rely on. Looking at the visualization pattern, one should predict what might happen in the future, and often a correlation is a relationship in data.  The most common form to communicate with the audience is data Visualization. Good data visualization design elements must make everyone understand what it represents when they see it.

Reasons to use a Data tool

●      Data visualization will be valuable for a company to analyse massive data to get the expectation by stimulating the graphs and charts. The data visualization tools will help to enhance the massive data into one clear view.

●      It will help examine the customers' frequency of buying a particular product, which gives a window to run a promotion on that specific product. It's a significant advantage to the company to increase their sales.

●      It is vital, especially for the climate change observing companies, to predict the climate trends to give a chance to warn and protect the people from weather problems

●      Suppose a company is using the Data tool. They know the difference, what it will create within the teams and the company.

●      Primarily to target the specific matter to make more sales or service more acceptable in the society.

●      The better they understand how a specific Data tool will impact their business, so they will achieve positive results by knowing where they need to correct the problem.

●      The Data tool companies know what a product or service-based company expects to get their job done.  Data tools are a must for any company to understand their market share and the customer behaviour to do more sales or service.

Benefits Of Data Visualization

●      Decision Making makes simple:  Misreporting the facts and skewing data visualizations have impacted organizations' making proper decisions. Reporting data incorrectly results in low financial implications. Data visualization tools help organizations with appropriate reporting and make perfect decisions

●      A clear understanding of data: Data visualization helps to communicate a story based on transaction data of a given organization. These tools are capable of processing large amounts of data and transform them into meaningful insights. And this will stand as a key factor to perform the impact analysis and pinpoint the root cause in case of any data related issues.

●      Budget: For a midscale organization, we have a wide variety of open-source tools such as R. This will indeed help the organizations with bar graphs and plots that fulfil the organization's needs.

●      Technical Skills: We have many online resources available to excel in the visualization, and this should not be a hurdle for an organization that is compelling for its growth.

Issues for not choosing correct Visualization

●      Choosing a tool that doesn’t fit the requirement can result in costing the organization a lot of time, budget

●      Wrong Visualization tools can also sometimes result in catastrophic events like The Challenger Disaster

●       Also result in not being able to visualise the data in a right manner, resulting in incorrect decisions

●      Maintainability of the tool in the long run

●      Choosing a incorrect tool can also result in performance, security issues, interact with other modules

Below are the tools and technical abilities I am using in my current assignment. I am fairly new to Data visualization, but I consider data visualization tools that play a vital role while portraying the analysis.

·      POSTGRESQL Database/Coding

Postgresql is an object-relational database management system (ORDMBS) that can help us carry out DML operations like insert, delete, and select data from a database. Indeed, NoSQL and Hadoop have become a large data science component; it is still expected that a candidate will write and execute complex SQL queries. Without SQL, it is tough to carry out analytical functions and transform database structures. SQL is mandatory for data scientists.

The business world produces a large volume of data frequently. And it needs to be translated into a format that will be easy to comprehend. People naturally understand pictures in the form of graphs and plots more than raw datasets. An idiom says, "A picture is worth a thousand words." (Simplilearn, 2018).

Data scientists' day-to-day activities include visualizing data to aid data visualization tools such as tableau, power BI, and Matplotlib. These tools will help us transform complex results from projects to a format that will be easy to comprehend as most people do not understand serial correlation.  It would be best if you showed them visually what those terms represent in your results.
